What we collect and why

Your email address, when you ask for the free 24 ideas. We use it to send you the ideas and a login link, and occasional emails with more elf ideas and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our lawful basis is your consent.

Purchase details, if you buy the Full 100: your email and a record that you paid. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Our lawful basis is to fulfil our contract with you.

A login cookie, which keeps you signed in to the ideas you have access to. It's essential for the site to work.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel), only if you agree to them, to measure how well our ads work. Change your cookie choice

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending login emails), [Kit (newsletter), if used] and Meta (advertising measurement, with your consent).

How long we keep it

We keep your email and access record while you have access to the ideas, and delete them on request. Purchase records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@verycheekyelf.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
